Sorouh Real Estate launches Abu Dhabi sales centre

In a move that highlights Sorouh’s continuous commitment to offering value to its customers, Sorouh Real Estate today announced the opening of its new sales centre in Abu Dhabi.

In an effort to meet the needs of investors, residents and shareholders, the sales centre features models of the major Sorouh projects including The Gate District and Alghadeer. Aimed at helping people to better understand Sorouh’s developments, professional and friendly sales staff are available to provide detailed information on each project within a warm and welcoming atmosphere to deliver a unique and interactive experience.

The journey at the sales centre starts with the Shams Abu Dhabi Hall where all six districts of the development (The Gate District, Theatre District, Marina District, Central Park, Coastal Walks, and Canals), are displayed. Visitors are then escorted to the Alghadeer Hall in which the development’s model as well as some of its enchanting images, are displayed. The third station includes Saraya, the Golf Gardens and Tala Tower, to be followed by the last stop with a farewell briefing on Sorouh’s contribution to Abu Dhabi 2030 plan.

“We are very excited to celebrate the launch of our new sales centre in Abu Dhabi. The centre acts as a central location that customers can visit to find out more about Sorouh’s unique projects. We believe that Sorouh’s current and future integrated lifestyle communities highlight the ways in which we support the 2030 overall strategy for Abu Dhabi. Through our vision of bringing communities to life in perfect balance, we hope to help shape the emirates’ economic landscape,” said Masood Al Awar, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Sorouh Real Estate.

The project models mainly showcased at the sales centre include: The Gate District, a cluster of eight towers located at the entrance to Shams Abu Dhabi; and Alghadeer, an integrated multidimensional mixed-use development in Saih As Sidairah between Abu Dhabi and Dubai expected to be home for around 18,000 people.

The Sorouh sales centre, located on Khalifa Street in Abu Dhabi, is open to the public from 3 March onwards. Source
